Great staff. Great customer service. The front desk lady wearing glasses with the curly hair and speaks spanish is exceptionally friendly and professional. Breakfast was great too. Would love to stay here again.

The hotel is very nice with clean room and bathroom. The beds were comfy. The best part was the comfortable work station, which was very helpful. The hotel serves breakfast between 6:00 to 9:00 am, however, non-cooking items can be found throughout the day. The area was also very safe to walk around with grocery stores nearby (within a mile).

This hotel is very well taken care of and is a pleasure to stay at. We checked in with no issues and when we were running late checking out they had no problem giving us a late checkout of 12 pm which we were late for as well which wasn't a problem.

Avoid until they fix the smell. The whole building stinks of mildew and moisture. I switched rooms, still stank as did the hallways. The staff is 5/5 very helpful and it's obviously not their fault, corporate needs to rectify the smell immediately before allowing people to book nights. I lasted 2 nights out of a booked 7.

It’s located just next to the highway but it didn’t bother to sleep. Rather, the noise from other rooms were a bit irritating but it was ok for one night. The breakfast was exceptionally well managed compared to other Fairfield locations. Especially the toaster and the waffle machine were kept very neat and they also had fresh fruit in good shape. Also the gym was super clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. There was a smart TV in the room, so we could watch Netflix in bed. For improvement, the room and the corridors had a minor unpleasant smell which I couldn’t identify. Overall, it is recommendable if you are on a road trip.

Honestly deserves to be more than a 2 star hotel ranking. I was able to walk back from the concert. Excellent breakfast and nice staff. Room was nice. Happy with the experience.

Ceasar turned a booking nightmare into a peaceful nights rest. Very clean, modern and amazing friendly staff all around. I had a very bad experience with a different hotel: Shadow Ridge Marriot after the staff started telling me they couldn't give out information... I was merely trying to book a room. Several associates were rude at Shadow Ridge when I was nothing but kind and courteous.
